Meaningless Update

Just a quick note to let you know that I a) am just shaking off a week-long summer cold, and b) have decided to take a new approach when it comes to your comments. Basically, I'm just going to respond to ones that I can answer in an entertaining way. This means I will be less of a jerk, and at the same time, less mechanically polite.
