The sagging pants with underwear showing was designed specifically as a fashion of disrespect toward “the man”. If communities want to pass laws and ordinances against vulgar fashion then that has been upheld as legal.
If Obama is elected he will force employers to hire people with “baggy pants”. Right now there is a reason unemployment runs 25% in some ghetto areas and this is an indication of the why.
